Our roll-in freezers deliver cost-efficient blast cooling for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications, using either nitrogen or CO2 for discontinuous cooling.

This batch freezer is designed for operations that require flexibility. Products are typically loaded onto rolling racks that are wheeled in and out of the freezer. The rugged gel-coated fiberglass outer and inner shell, combined with 3” cell polyurethane insulation provides outstanding thermal performance.

Superior Temperature Control

Using CO2 or liquid Nitrogen, our blast freezers precisely control injection rates for optimal temperature management. Latent heat of evaporation ensures rapid cooling, with the internal fans evenly distributing the cold across all surfaces for consistent and reliable freezing.
